The Challenge

A major multinational conglomerate with diverse business units across Southeast Asia lacked internal data leadership and a unified data strategy. Each business unit operated independently, storing valuable customer data in siloed, legacy systems. This fragmentation created massive blind spots: the group-level marketing team couldn't personalize campaigns, the sales team had no data-driven insight into cross-sell opportunities, and valuable customer behavior data from one subsidiary was completely invisible to another. The organization was data-rich but insight-poor, with stalled ideation and execution of critical data projects due to no dedicated data expertise or manpower to build, maintain, and run projects at scale.

Our Solution

We designed a comprehensive 2-year data strategy aligned with the C-suite's business objectives, then deployed a full-scale data stack to bring that strategy to life. We implemented a cloud-native architecture using AWS and Snowflake, unified all data sources into a Single Customer View, and built a sophisticated customer recommendation engine on top of this unified data platform.
